There are three women in my office that are pregnant.
One is due February 15th but is already out on maternity leave. She pulled a pelvic muscle at the end of last week when she slipped on a wet floor in her house.
One is due around February 21st and word on the street is that she is at the hospital today. She delivered early for both of her other kids and because she cannot vaginally deliver a baby over 6 lbs, it was expected that she would go early again rather than have to have a c-section. So, she might actually hae a baby today! Updated: She had her baby this morning, all 5 lbs, 9 oz of her.
That leaves me as the token pregnant lady in the office. With about 6 weeks left before my due date, I'm still feeling pretty good. I wonder if they had any indications they would need to be out early, or have early labor? I currently plan on working right up until I deliver if possible, I'd rather save my time out for after the baby comes.
